Our Story 

CAPN was founded in 2022 by Jeremy Kohlenberg after years of watching small businesses and property owners pay for security that wasn't delivering. Patrols were missed, reports lacked accountability, and officers were often treated as interchangeable labor rather than professionals responsible for protecting a community. Jeremy believed the industry didn't have a technology problem or a staffing problem. It had an ownership problem. Clients deserved to know the work was happening, and officers deserved the tools, trust, and compensation to do their jobs well.

CAPN was built around a simple idea: security works best when officers are treated like professionals and become part of the communities they protect. We hire selectively, pay competitively, and build technology that gives officers autonomy while providing clients with complete accountability. Our goal isn't to replace people with technology or intimidate communities into compliance. It's to create officers who solve problems, build relationships, and are worthy of the dignity and trust placed in them.

Jeremy Kohlenberg

Owner / CEO

Jeremy works directly with clients, oversees CAPN's long-term strategy, and leads the development of new technologies and services that make security more accountable, effective, and human-centered.

Roman Nekrasov

Sales Manager

Roman is usually the first person new clients meet at CAPN. He works closely with property owners and managers to understand their goals, onboard new accounts, and ensure every client receives a security program tailored to their needs.

Jamal Savage

Operations Manager

Jamal oversees CAPN's day-to-day operations, develops internal programs, and leads the security management team. Known for his calm demeanor and high standards, he is responsible for ensuring officers have the training, support, and resources needed to succeed.

Enrique Davis

Nightshift Supervisor

Enrique oversees CAPN's nighttime operations, including our patrol programs, supporting officers, and ensuring incidents are handled professionally from start to finish. While most people are asleep, he works to ensure our clients wake up to safer, calmer, and better-managed properties.
