After repeated concerns about theft activity at a multifamily community, CAPN Overwatch was installed to actively monitor a residential bike room. One night, our monitoring team observed an individual attempting to tamper with a bike lock and immediately initiated two-way audio communication. The individual initially claimed the bike belonged to him, but after continued questioning and verification attempts, it became clear the story was false. We convinced him to leave the area voluntarily and dispatched officers to ensure he fully exited the property without incident.
