At approximately 1525 hours, I, Officer Dametrice Watson, observed an adult Hispanic male on CCTV wearing a light gray jacket, gray pants, and black sneakers. The individual appeared to be using drug paraphernalia between the trash bins on the property. I responded to the area and approached the individual from a safe distance. I identified myself as the property security officer and instructed the individual to gather his belongings and leave the property. The individual complied without issue. I monitored the individual as he exited the property. No further issues to report at this time.
