    Before anything starts, we meet at your property, walk the grounds, and discuss your priorities. We then build a patrol plan around your specific needs — areas to check, patrol frequency, foot or vehicle, and any specific tasks like parking enforcement or amenity lockups.

    Nightly patrols begin 

    Officers patrol your property nightly between 8 PM and 6 AM, on foot, by marked patrol vehicle, or both depending on your setup. Signage is provided.

    Reports delivered to your inbox 

    Every patrol is documented in real time with GPS-verified reports, timestamped photos, and detailed notes. Reports can be delivered as a single patrol summary or broken down by individual area checks for maximum transparency. Trespasser encounters, parking violations, maintenance issues, and any unusual activity are all documented, including the actions taken to resolve them.

    After-Hours Resident Support 

    Residents can submit concerns through the After-Hours Resident Support form on capnserver.com any time between 8 PM and 6 AM. We call them back immediately to gather details and respond accordingly.

Reclaiming a Community from Trespassing

An apartment community struggled with repeatedly tampered front entrance doors that allowed trespassers to enter freely. Hallways and stairwells became gathering places for loitering, drug use, and vandalism.

Graffiti was common, and residents no longer felt comfortable using parts of their own building. We deployed nightly patrols combining vehicle checks of parking lots with on-foot sweeps of hallways and staircases.
